Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the customized nature of our products:

  • No returns or refunds on personalized/custom-made items unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photos and unboxing video.
  • Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or refund as per case.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
